Understanding Panic and Anxiety Disorder
Fear. Fear of getting a heart attack. Fear of a stroke. Fear of an

Assert Yourself
More than often, people find it very difficult
to say “yes” to what they do want, but find it even more difficult to
say “no” to what they do not want. I hope the following will help you
to achieve just that: to be able to stand up for your rights. It is
called “assertiveness”.
Assertiveness is an attitude and a way of acting in any situation where you need to:
Express your feelings
Ask for what you want, or
Say no to something you don’t want
In order to be assertive, you may need to
improve your self-esteem. You also may experience higher anxiety levels
or depression. If this is the case, it may be useful to consult with a
psychologist.

Therefore, something such as emotional eating doesn’t exist. How can food really provide comfort? Will you go and look for comfort from someone who would want to harm you? How can food, which cannot even talk, really comfort you?
That’s right, people that don’t lose that weight, don’t mostly want to loose it subconsciously. Consciously it doesn’t sound true, because who wants to be overweight?
If you can firstly overcome this problem, then you can allow yourself to lose that weight easily and effortlessly. You can enjoy your food even more and you can even eat like a gourmet (connoisseur), and just see how the weight is lost spontaneously on its own. But first we must have a look at the reasons why you possibly subconsciously want to be overweight.
The subconscious mind sometimes does things to protect ourselves, but sometimes it doesn’t know better, and its honest attempts to protect us could be to our own detriment. Once the subconscious mind has learnt alternatives, then it is so easy to loose those extra kilograms.

Tinnitus is a noise or a ringing sound in your ears. This can often ring a high tone for them, that it can feel like you going to get mad. It's a constant ringing in your ears that just would not stop. It comes and goes, but becomes worse when you get tense. You have seen so many doctors and specialists, and they tell you that nothing could be done, because some of the cilia in your ears have collapsed and there is nothing they can do about it. It makes you mad, and sometimes it feels that suicide is the only way to get rid of this noise in your head. It does not matter what you do – nothing helps. The doctors can't help you.
